Observation by potentiodynamic test, XRD analysis, SEM, change of the nickel base alloy heating Incoloy800 and Incoloy840 nickel based alloy tube specimen after HNO3 passivation, coated with SiO2 film of two kinds of surface treatment corrosion performance. The results show that: the passivation treatment significantly increased the pitting potential and protection potential of Incoloy840 nickel base superalloy, and protection the potential of Incoloy800 nickel based alloy has little effect, almost no change in the pitting potential; using TEOS as precursor, two kinds of PEG surfactant as template agent, in electrostatic and hydrogen bonding force generated by SiO2 sol are assembled in the heating, coated nickel base alloy tube film formed on the surface of the uniform and dense, good performance; coated SiO2 film significantly increased two heating nickel alloy pipe corrosion potential and pitting potential.
